Inspirational Quote

I try to live by most of the Life Lesson Quotes I read. I woke up this morning, opened face book and a nice young man (age 22) had posted on one of those simple inspirational quotes we all need to remember.

I loved the quote but it sadden me that at his young age he would already have experienced such.

Life has its ups and downs but sometimes its the downs that build you up faster.

I couldn’t agree more. I know that when I have hit bottom, when I think things just couldn’t get any worse, I find that hidden strength to stand back up.
